I support the person with what they want, they need, and what they are willing to change. I combine many approaches, with the goal of reducing the severity and frequency of difficulties, as well as improve the person’s overall functioning. The reality is the world is difficult, unfair, and at times overwhelming to the human mind. My hope is that I can help you to improve coping skills, develop healthy thought patterns, eliminate harmful behaviors, heal from any traumatic experiences, and to gain healthy relationships.

With a Master’s degree in counseling, I’m trained to treat a wide variety of common mental health issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and relationship issues. However, my passion is helping stressed out men to overcome their barriers, bad-habits, and insecurities to experience healing and breakthrough. I do so using my training in counseling, my experience in ministry, and my expertise as a trained addiction coach.
