You know things seem off track yet can't seem to identify why. Things feel OFF! When we work together, we will gently learn the core of the distress that you are experiencing. As we learn your life history, we may find that some of the distress is rooted in early childhood trauma and attachment wounding. Working with children in Central Florida since 1999, Julie understands the complexity of life and the challenges families face. Julie works with kids using Play as the center of her sessions, because play helps all brains develop and grow.

So I recommend discussing your issues, goals, & options with your therapist to determine which approach will best meet your needs.
