I work with children in a variety of ways including play therapy techniques geared toward helping build coping skills for depression and anxiety, Neurofeedback to help with focus and stress issues, family therapy to help with communication issues and skill building to help with self-esteem and depression. I use Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help children going through abuse issues. I have worked with children and adolescents for over 20 years and try to develop a very individualized plan for each child's specific needs.
