I started my journey to psychotherapy and counseling by getting life and work experience first. I assumed that a wide range of experiences is necessary for the career of psychotherapist, counselor or coach. I was an employee as well as an employer. I worked several years in international business around the world, I worked in hospitals, in schools, and I ran a school of my own. I worked in a public as well as in private sector. I help clients to find their potential and to become who they want to be. I help clients to find their passions and to exceed. I help clients to find greater fulfillment in their careers and to balance their work and personal life.

When I retired from professional football, I went on to work for the NFL to help other players navigate the difficult process of transitioning careers. This, combined with my education in counseling and life coaching, positions me well to help you discern what’s next for your career. I'll use an honest and supportive approach in our time together.

I’ve often helped my clients through difficult transitions, including changes in career. I’ve guided those in college to navigate issues of meaning, purpose, and direction, have helped middle-aged men navigate the emotional stress and financial burden of providing for kids and elderly parents, and have coached successful men through transitions around retirement, role changes, and leaving a legacy.
