I’ve often helped my clients through difficult transitions, including changes in career. I’ve guided those in college to navigate issues of meaning, purpose, and direction, have helped middle-aged men navigate the emotional stress and financial burden of providing for kids and elderly parents, and have coached successful men through transitions around retirement, role changes, and leaving a legacy. At Lion Counseling, our mission is to help you escape the cages that hold you back and become the lion God created you to be.

When I retired from professional football, I went on to work for the NFL to help other players navigate the difficult process of transitioning careers. This, combined with my education in counseling and life coaching, positions me well to help you discern what’s next for your career. I'll use an honest and supportive approach in our time together.
