As a career minister we specialize in career counseling for ministers and the unique challenges in ministry. This includes family members as well. However, we also have counseled others in career choice, difficulties, and appropriate fit using temperament assessment. Temperament assessment can help an individual determine whether a particular job or career choice will be suitable for them.

I’ve often helped my clients through difficult transitions, including changes in career. I’ve guided those in college to navigate issues of meaning, purpose, and direction, have helped middle-aged men navigate the emotional stress and financial burden of providing for kids and elderly parents, and have coached successful men through transitions around retirement, role changes, and leaving a legacy.
