I approach clients facing issues due to anxiety and stress from existential, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) perspectives. I employ assessments to evaluate the progress of anxiety symptoms over the course of therapy. Anxious people tend to " live in the future", often making "what if" statements about various negative future events that will likely never even occur. There are many stress management skills, including breathing techniques, visualization, thought stopping, and changing negative thoughts.
