Anger management is “the process of learning to recognize signs that you are becoming angry and taking action to calm down and deal with the situation in a productive way.” Anger Management is a way of helping children and teens better regulate themselves. It is a process that promotes their ability of becoming aware of their feelings and reactions and, at the same time, develops healthier and more adequate strategies for them to better manage difficult situations. Thus, allowing individuals to learn how to relax, reorganize their thoughts and act more positively.
