Anger is an emotion. It is neither good or bad. It is reads not to let the sunset on our anger. It is what we do with our anger that determines the choice between good or bad. Anger tells us that something has to change. Anger is a motivator, it demands action. Do you have an action plan? Do you control anger or do you let it control you?
