Instead of the traditional 45-minutes-once-a-week talk therapy model, we use 90-minute and 3-HOUR SESSIONS to help you achieve up to 3 months of therapy in each session. So even if you have been in regular talk therapy for months or years without getting to the core, you have an alternative. You need to know that - with the right help and some hard work - you can get rid of your emotional baggage so completely that you will not be able to get yourself upset about your worst memory, your most challenging situation or your most sensitive issue - no matter how hard you try.
