I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Creating Stronger Bonds Psychology. I specialize in couples therapy, but I also work with individuals. I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in addition to my doctorate in Psychology. I trained at MGH/Harvard Medical School in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Medicine, and Psychodynamic theories. I spent 13 years doing education and training in order to become the most effective psychologist. I practice psychotherapy, conduct psychological evaluations and work with Physicians who are experiencing burn-out or are dealing with a malpractice lawsuit. I also supervise various clinicians in their practice of psychotherapy.

For me, psychotherapy begins with a solid therapeutic relationship. When there is safety and trust, healing and growth can occur.
