In my work as a psychotherapist, I blend coaching and energy work (which includes: EFT or tapping, matrix reimprinting, energy psychology, PSYCH-K, and muscle testing) to help my clients achieve their unique dreams, goals, and desires. In order to for my clients to become the best version of themselves, they first need to get out of their own way and clear anything that is blocking them or preventing them from moving forward in their lives. Blocks can appear consciously and subconsciously as limiting thoughts and beliefs, disempowering feelings, procrastination and self-sabotage, or as a combination of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Psychotherapy is the process of you being with yourself and getting to know yourself in the presence of someone who supports safety, compassion, empathy, and care. We live in a culture that supports looking outside ourselves; where we live, what we drive, who we're dating, what we wear, etc. Carl Jung said, "Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakes." I'm here to support you in looking within yourself, communicating effectively about what you find there (feelings, needs, requests, etc.) and integrating the unresolved wounds of your past so you can feel more relaxed, fulfilled and empowered.

I believe in a holistic approach to the therapeutic process that incorporates biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions empowering a person or family towards mastering life to its fullest.

I work from an attachment based perspective and hold the beliefs that we are products of our upbringing and relationships. I believe we are shaped through our experiences and this plays a vital role in how we operate in relationships in the present as well as the vision we hold for our future. Each person is unique in their story and their personality and experience combine provides a unique formation of their present. I work within the context of animal-assisted psychotherapy to work with attachment, bonding, and acceptance and love.

I believe finding a nonjudgemental therapist you can have a genuine relationship with can be life changing. In my work with clients I focus more on what they can do themselves than I do on trying to control external circumstances. I use psychotherapy, mindfulness tools, CBT, acceptance and meditation to help clients grow through whatever they are suffering from.
