With all the stresses that families face today, it is easy to fall into patterns of arguing with your spouse, yelling at your children, and simply feeling overwhelmed. I will help you get your marriage and your family back on track so you can once again feel joy.

In hopes of building a stronger family unit, will incorporate various activities, assessments and tools to help you find balance, unity and strength through the art of exploration and communication.

My areas of focus are trauma and play therapy. I use a mind/body approach to treating trauma and the associated symptoms. Play therapy uses the language of play to resolve issues and find solutions.

Fighting with a loved one is exhausting -- often based on misconceptions, blame, defensiveness. I can provide you with skills to communicate safely while managing intense emotions and gently explore with you underlying issues in order to promote compassion/resolution.

In addition to individual counseling, I provide treatment to couples and families. Areas of treatment include developing effective communication, addressing conflict in a compassionate environment and learning how to support loved ones who are in recovery.
