Specializing in couples and marriages for 25 years, I help couples move from conflict to intimacy. By learning communication skills as well as learning to appreciate your differences, you can remember the strengths that brought the two of you together to begin with.

Rooted in attachment, neurobiology, and client-centered work, I use experiential methods to help those who feel disconnected from others and themselves find the link playfully back to being in relationship. I serve children, adolescents, and adult individuals.

Premarital Therapy is the most requested form of couples therapy in my practice. Addressing issues that often don't develop until after marriage and providing conflict resolution tools to the couple to support healthy communication assists reducing future conflicts.
