Change is inevitable. Life is going to happen whether we want it to or not. This is not to say that it's easy. Some of the most difficult experiences of our life ask us to let go in some way, either of a past way of thinking or doing. When we’re able to allow what is, we are given an opportunity to replace the old way of being with something new. If we can't let go, we sometimes turn our feelings inward and can create the feeling of depression. Depression is defined by some as anger turned inward. My approach with treating depression is to assess for negative thought patterns as well as unresolved grief or trauma. Once I determine the source, I have a Holistic approach for depression that involves a program of self care and inner work. I offer somatic techniques such as breath work, guided visualizations, EFT (the tapping technique that releases anxiety or trauma). I also teach cutting edge Law of Attraction techniques that help you stay out of depression and build up your self esteem as well as create more love, happiness, and financial abundance in your life.
