I have worked extensively in career counseling; having provided training and education to college campuses for 10+ years. What I have often encountered is blocks in decision making patterns, which leads to struggles in people finding their niche or correct direction to take as it relates to their career choices. Each individual encompasses a different set of assets that I can help to untangle the impasses they may have to choose an effective career path.
