I am registered psychologist who has over 15 years of clinical experience helping individuals with a variety of mental health issues. I specialize in CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) for anxiety, depression, stress, and anger. CBT is considered a gold-standard treatment for many mental health issues, including anxiety/stress and depression, and is a collaborative skills-based approach to therapy that is designed to provide individuals with the tools they need to manage their mental health concerns.
