Relationships are great -- but they don't always run smoothly. In the middle of it, it's not always clear why things start to feel wrong. I help couples identify what they want, find ways to talk about difficult issues, and change how they support one another.

I began couples, families and relationship counselling through my work in private and public education systems. I can help with concerns that include: divorce, separation, parenting skills, self-harm, disordered eating, communication skills and self-regulation.

Counselling helps couples and families strengthen their relationships, solve problems and gain understanding. Communication, anger, sexual issues and blended families are just a few of the problems clients describe. You will find me supportive and easy to talk to.

Although I primarily focus on working with youth and young adults, I also offer family therapy, support through separation and divorce, and parent coaching.
