Bettina specializes in couples/relationship counselling. She has completed Level 1 and 2 of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. Bettina believes having a better understanding of each other's differences as well as similarities, creates trust, acceptance, and healing.

Infidelity recovery is one of my specialties. I have provided counselling to couples recovering from an affair. I also support those recovering from a past relationship and wanting to move on in their lives.

I have specialty training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method that allows me to use evidence-based techniques to help your relationship. This area is a passion of mine, book a free consultation to ask me questions!

Kevin helps couples achieve more loving, healthy relationships by introducing principles and practices which couples can then use together to achieve their goals. Additional counselling is also provided for more complicated and sensitive issues.
