My approach is to work collaboratively with clients using a holistic model of therapy which entails a blending of Eastern and Western modalities. I personally believe that the difference lies in the distinction between the terms "counselling" and "therapy." Sometimes it is necessary to take a journey into the past. So much of what our brain takes in, and accepts as truth, enters the brain subconsciously.
