I am a Registered Psychologist who provides treatment for adults with depression, anxiety, worry, stress, and anger issues. I understand that it can be challenging to reach out for help, so I try to make the process as comfortable, straightforward, and simple as I can.

Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.

I offer clients a safe, confidential, compassionate space to heal and grow. I come to the table with extensive training, knowledge and experience and I am honoured to be trusted by clients with their journey.
