I am part of a team at Your Path Counselling. We are an experineced and highly trained counsellors in Victoria, BC who also offer services online. We specialize in CBT, trauma therapy, relationship counselling, and focus on anxiety, depression, and personal growth.

I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.) and work with adults across BC who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, worry/rumination, depression, anger, and stress. My goal is to help clients develop skills that will improve the quality of their lives.
