I am currently accepting new clients online or in Victoria. Personal growth oftentimes means facing our difficulties and learning from them. I offer CBT, Jungian Therapy, anxiety and depression therapy, body image, addictions, personal growth, and relationship issues.

My practice is rooted in evidence based therapies that focus on enhanced wellbeing in both mind and body. Healing and change come when we feel emotionally regulated, purposeful and have a sense of control over our lives.
