I have been offering youth therapy and family counselling services in B.C. for 28 years. I am interested in creating a space where positive personal stories can be remembered and created, and this is accomplished in large part through the use of relationship building.

My practice is rooted in evidence based therapies that focus on enhanced wellbeing in both mind and body. Healing and change come when we feel emotionally regulated, purposeful and have a sense of control over our lives.
