Dr. Sam is a one-of-a-kind counsellor; he has worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups, as a student and as a professional, for over 30 years; he is familiar with over 70 different procedures; he is mobile and has a broad range of knowledge and experience.

I offer clients a safe, confidential, compassionate space to heal and grow. I come to the table with extensive training, knowledge and experience and I am honoured to be trusted by clients with their journey.

I strive to make a positive difference in the lives of clients. My goal is to empower clients to live their best lives and create the future they want by exploring and understand issues, gain insights, and build the necessary skills to make long term changes.

I am a kind, compassionate man who is warm, genuine and accepting. I use a variety of modalities including Trauma informed, attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused. I have a depth of experience and I am adept at creating hope.

Respecting the client's cultural and spiritual background, I primarily use cognitive behavioral approaches because of their empirically proven effectiveness. I guide my clients to find freedom from previous life experiences that are negatively affecting the present.
