Hi folks, My name is Galina (they/them) and I practice in the city of Vancouver. I am an EMDR clinician, providing queer-centered, ADHD-adapted psychotherapy for traumatic stress management. I work with workplace trauma, compassion fatigue, and building resiliency.

I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) based in the West End, serving the entire Lower Mainland. I practice a bio-psycho-social approach to mental health, addressing the interconnected aspects of well-being & functioning.

I am a kind, compassionate man who is warm, genuine and accepting. I use a variety of modalities including Trauma informed, attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused. I have a depth of experience and I am adept at creating hope.

My mission is to ensure that my clients are taken care of in a professional setting, I practise the highest ethical standards and protects the dignity and privacy of each client. Clients counselling needs are met by utilising various therapeutic approaches.

My approach to counselling is to respect and value the uniqueness of every individual and where they are. I work to support them using creativity, with warmth, understanding and at times, a touch of humour when appropriate.

I’m Tim, and I help others break free from “just surviving,” and get back to happy, engaged living. With caring, humour, and evidence-based techniques, I guide clients to access their own power and wisdom, and find lasting answers to tough life problems.

I believe that everyone is worthy and deserving of inner happiness and loving relationships. I feel privileged to have facilitated many individuals, couples and families in overcoming negativity thoughts and behaviors, in a safe, compassionate and accepting atmosphere.

In therapy, I am warm, respectful, empathic, kind and direct. Many clients have told me that they feel safer with me than with any other therapist they have been to.  I feel great admiration and respect for the people I work with and have learned so much from them.
