My experience of 30 years working in the human services sector (18 in private practise), have taught me that the first step in facilitating change is in providing a safe, compassionate and respectful counsellor-client relationship.

I offer online and telephone sessions. I provide a confidential opportunity for you to discuss issues that are negatively impacting your life or getting in the way of you being happy. Counselling is a great way to create positive change in your life!
