Choosing a career is hard work and can create a lot of anxiety and stress. Counselling can help people gain clarity and have conversations in a non-judgemental space. Having a non-biased person such as a counsellor can help navigate feelings and questions about different jobs as well as help one decide about career changes. My approach to career counselling and planning is taken from the now famous resource Designing Your Life. We apply Design Thinking to reframe obstacles to opportunities in creative ways that may be impossible to imagine now. Then we design plans to give you the inspiration and practical experiences that prove what career decision will bring you the greatest happiness, fulfillment, and reward.

Finding a satisfying career path takes balancing your strengths and passions with the realities of today's economy. I start by working with you on fleshing out your dreams. This is followed by exploration of how these aspirations can best be achieved given all of the other factors you are juggling. When barriers present themselves, I help skillfully navigate your journey forward, building your confidence at every step.
