Since the focus of career counseling is career exploration, career change and personal career development, I help you select ways and make plans to get into a career that best suits your aptitudes, personality and interests. Like for other specialties, I use a holistic approach to career counseling. I, together with you assess your strengths and weaknesses, then I walk you through your individual journey, individual plans, and look at your challenges and hopes. I also look at the non-career related factors such as financial challenges, housing, and health that might impact your job search. I see you as a whole person and help to walk the full journey towards the kind of life you want to live

It is one thing to embark on a new career path, and a whole other to find the sweet spot of purpose, contribution, vitality and practical stability that leads to a really fulfilling vocation.
