Having worked in the finance industry for many years, I help clients remove their blocks, create clarity and help with work towards their career(dream job). My treatment involves having the client work on: financial plan that includes their goals. We go through obstacles and mental blocks; and their fears of success. Clients feel motivated, they learn how to build resources, change their negative beliefs to positive, and learn new skills to communicate effective.

I blend thoughtful, strengths-based exploration with gentle guidance that helps people clarify what energizes them, what environments help them thrive, and what patterns may be holding them back. Clients benefit from a supportive space where they can be honest about their uncertainties, experiment with new possibilities, and craft clear, actionable steps. Together, we build a path forward that aligns with your values, personality, and evolving sense of identity—so work feels not only sustainable, but meaningful.

While most career counselors love to give you capacity based profiles of what your talents and interests are for your best bet career choices, Grey Matters international believes that most people make predictably irrational decisions and then after making them learn way to make them fit into their identities using various types of rationalizations and strategies. We are able to assist folks in career counseling type settings by giving a deeper look at their decision making profile so they can better understand where the core frustration or desire is coming from in the world of work.
