I provide couples counseling in Gilbert, AZ. Relationships can be very difficult. We all come into relationships with previous experiences, beliefs, and triggers. This can often lead to general conflict and difficulties in communication, which can ultimately result in turmoil, hurt feelings, and disconnection.
