I provide child therapy in Gilbert, AZ. I have worked with children who experience behavioral and emotional difficulties for multiple years. I have experience working with children in areas such as trauma, depression, anxiety, social skills, and ADHD. My approach is to help the child feel safe and comfortable while working to process through difficult experiences. I help children increase coping skills and learn to manage negative feelings more effectively. I include caregivers in my work with children, as I feel they are the most important person in the child’s life. I provide guidance and support so that the caregiver is able to help the child reach treatment goals.

I emphasize creating a warm, engaging, and supportive environment where children feel safe to express their thoughts and emotions. Utilizing techniques such as play, and age-appropriate cognitive-behavioral interventions, I tailor my methods to meet the unique developmental needs of each child. By fostering a collaborative relationship with both the child and their family, I aim to address behavioral issues, emotional challenges, and social skills deficits. My goal is to help children develop healthy coping mechanisms, enhance their self-esteem, and improve their overall well-being.
