Families present unique stresses and sometimes require outside interventions to promote positive relationships. I work with families to foster positive communication and understanding and to work through stressful situations as a cohesive family unit.

Marital/ Couples/ Relationship Therapy: My approach with couples is to ensure both partners feel safe to express their views, and to actively pursue new ways of interacting that are more satisfying for both individuals.

I have been working with couples for 10 years. I have Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 and 2, as well as treating affairs and trauma training.
