I have been working with couples for 10 years. I have Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 and 2, as well as treating affairs and trauma training.

The number one issue in all relationships is feeling ones core needs are not being met. This is expressed in a multiplicity of ways. Unfulfilled or unexpressed needs lead to hardening and separation. I work with coupes to find ways to gently open and soften.

I offer marriage counseling to adult couples. This includes engaging with a variety of issues that can arise in the context of a marriage. I also provide therapy for non-married couples and pre-marital counseling.
