AAMFT and Gottman trained in marriage counselling .I believe E-Counselling can be an advantage for couples as they have to read what the other person has communicated and to seek understanding before responding to the other person's thoughts and feelings.

Relationships can be a struggle, gradually drifting apart, sometimes viewing their partner as the enemy. I use the Gottman Method which focuses on helping fix communication so that couples can become closer as teammates who feel understood and appreciated!

Some of the fundamental aspects of any relationship are communication, respect and reciprocity. Through my work with couples I help them identify what areas are are working well so we remember to keep them going, and what areas are challenging and need an adjustment.
