Going through grief and loss is some of the most difficult and painful emotional processes. My approach to working with loss is to give you tools and specific tasks that can how to honour your grief and loss such that it gives relief and release. There are three areas that are typically needed to be addressed to recover from significant loss. The (1) past - where there may be unresolved issues that feel as though they cannot find the closure one needs. And there is the (2) present, in which one needs to figure out how to honour the loss and (3) the future, which is forever changed and for which positive meaning is needed. Working on these three areas allows for recovery to happen.
