In couples therapy, I draw from both Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners reconnect, understand each other, and build hope for the future. Together, we work on strengthening their bond by identifying negative cycles and helping them respond to each other’s emotional needs with compassion and understanding.
