We will work on your goals, at your speed. At times I will push you to consider different perspectives, I will suggest new techniques and strategies to try, and I will ask for your feedback. All of this is done with the purist of motives. I want you to succeed. I want you to get to a place where you no longer need me. But, the honest truth is that my job is easy. It is you who has to do the hard work. As much as I would love to take some of the burden, I cannot. It is only you who can implement new techniques.

My approach is to work collaboratively with clients using a holistic model of therapy which entails a blending of Eastern and Western modalities.
