I’m Tim, and I help others break free from “just surviving,” and get back to happy, engaged living. With caring, humour, and evidence-based techniques, I guide clients to access their own power and wisdom, and find lasting answers to tough life problems.

I specialize in working with children/youth, adults, families, and couples. I provide a safe, comfortable and inviting space where clients can feel supported and heard.

I provide individual counselling to adults age 20 years and over. My practice is open to all walks of life. I have experience working with stress, family of origin issues, addictions, and trauma. I will provide empathy and a safe place for you to process your story.

My goal is to provide a safe place for you to explore your personal values, shift how you relate to yourself, and build on your life and coping skills.
