Through a multi-faceted approach, clients' anxious thoughts and feelings are explored without judgment. I work on helping clients to take small, purposeful actions toward their core values despite their anxiety. Additionally, we explore the stories that the client tells themselves about their anxiety, empowering them to reframe these narratives and regain a sense of control. Together, we also uncover and begin to understand any parts of the client that are activated by anxiety. My goal is to help my clients to cultivate greater emotional flexibility and resilience to help them navigate anxiety in a way that aligns with their true self.
