My approach to treatment of stress and anxiety is mainly client-centered and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy-Psycho-Educational Approach. I empathize, listen and work with clients to determine stressors in their lives and together figure out ways to minimize and/or abstain from stressors if necessary. Sometimes, unhealthy/irrational thoughts may cause anxiety/stress among clients. Thus, I work with clients to determine and correct unhealthy/irrational thoughts and beliefs to healthy/rational thoughts and beliefs.
