The beauty of nature surrounds my office and contributes to an atmosphere of warmth and safety. The experience of a genuine, engaged, and nonjudgemental relationship with an experienced (20 plus years) and highly trained therapist is what I offer.

I have been in full time private practice for twenty one years. I see primarily couples and individuals. As an integrative therapist I practice a relationship based approach. Our early relationships have an enormous effect on how we think and feel about ourselves, and on what we believe about the world and our relationships. The adaptations we make to stay connected can inhibit flexibility and spontaneity and result in becoming stuck in self-defeating patterns. For thirty years I have focused on creating therapeutic relationships that support healing and promote awareness, understanding and effective life choices.
