Welcome! I am a licensed MFT specializing in depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. If you have feelings of sadness, irritability, isolation, or frustration, I would like to try and help you begin to feel better about your life and your relationships.



Welcome to my practice!  I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, and I focus my therapeutic work on older adolescents, adults, and couples. My areas of specialty are depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, with a special focus on communcation problems with couples, and helping them learn better, clearer ways to connect.

If you have been feeling sad, anxious, irritable, frustration or isolated, I would like to help you learn to feel more enjoyment in your life, and help you with tools that can allow you to feel better about your life.

I have many years of experience in counseling and teaching people how to overcome and manage their symptoms and the sources of these problem areas in their lives.

I have a very practical, direct, yet compassionate and caring style of relating to my clients, always with a sense of respect and appreciation for whatever they are going through at the time. I integrate Cognitive therapy as well as Mindfulness practice when it is applicable with my clients, but my approach is predominantly pychodynamic.
